Refund Policy

 

Order processing typically takes 24 hours, but can take up to 2-5 days. Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund it if you change your mind. Please contact us at contact@latrousserie.com to discuss your options.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

General terms and conditions

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging.

  • Sale items are refunded only on the price paid.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable, except in the case of a defect.

2. Return Procedure

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for returning

  • Photo of the product if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 48 business hours with instructions for the return.

3. Return costs

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, the return shipping costs will be covered by La Trousserie.com.

4. Inspection and reimbursement

  • Once the product is received, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition and conformity.

  • If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.

  • Once the refund has been granted, processing on your payment method may take up to 10 business days; this timeframe also depends on the bank or card issuer.

  • If the refund does not appear immediately in your account, check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

5. Defective or damaged products

  • If a product arrived damaged or defective, you can provide a photo or return the item for inspection.

  • After inspection, a refund or exchange will be made depending on the result.
