The company operates an online store called La Trousserie.com, which sells, among other items, empty toiletries bags and related accessories. The store does not have a warehouse; products are shipped directly from international suppliers to customers, allowing the company to offer a wider selection of items.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible using information provided by international suppliers. Their products may differ slightly without our prior notice.
However, the company does not guarantee that the descriptions, photographs or other content are entirely error-free.
Colors may differ slightly depending on the screen used.
The products offered are empty toiletry bags intended for storing personal items and toiletries. These products are not intended for young children and may contain small detachable parts (intentional or accidental) that pose a risk of choking or injury.

6. Price

All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices are currently listed before taxes. Taxes are determined by Canadian and Quebec tax laws. They will be applied in accordance with Canadian and Quebec tax laws. When taxes apply, the customer will see the tax amount before making the payment.
We ship only within Canada, and shipping is free.
The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.

7. Orders

The customer can place an order directly on the Site.
The ordering process typically includes the following steps:

9. Delivery

The Company forwards the order summary to international suppliers who ship the products on behalf of the customer to the address provided when the order was placed.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, the supplier and its carrier, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us at contact@latrousserie.com

9.1 Liability and delays

The Company does everything it can to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times depend on several third parties:

the carriers
customs
weather conditions
any situation of force majeure

If the order is not received within 12 business days of order processing, the company is committed to satisfying the customer (see shipping policy) or contact us via: contact@latrousserie.com.

10. Return and Refund Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

- the product must not be used
- in its original state
- in its original packaging

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@latrousserie.com with a photo of the item. Following review of your return request, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the product to our return address or to keep the product.

If your return is made by delivery, after receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect.

11. Legal Guarantee (Quebec)

In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, the products sold are covered by the following legal guarantees:

The item must be capable of serving its intended purpose.
it must be durable for a reasonable period of time
it must match its description

These warranties apply independently of any additional commercial warranties.
